The single main beam gantry crane is mainly composed of a gantry, a lifting trolley, a large vehicle operating mechanism, a driver's cab, and an electrical control system.

The gantry is a box shaped single main beam with two legs. When the lifting capacity is less than 20t, the trolley adopts a vertical rolling wheel, and when it is greater than 20t, the trolley adopts a horizontal rolling wheel, running on one side of the main beam. The main beam adopts a single beam offset rail form, and the support legs and lower crossbeam form an L-shape. Both sides of the support legs are generally equipped with cantilevers, which have strong over span ability when lifting objects, making it easy to transport objects from the inside of the span to under the cantilevers. The small car is suspended from the side, and the lifting equipment is arranged on the side of the main beam. When the lifting weight is ≤ 20t, a vertical reverse roller two pivot form is used, and when the lifting weight is>20t, a horizontal reverse roller three pivot form is used.

The operation mode adopts a closed cab with adjustable seats, insulated pads on the floor, tempered glass windows, and can be equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning, sound alarms, intercoms and other items according to user requirements.

There are two forms of power supply: cable reel and high-altitude sliding line.
