The main beam and end beam are welded box beam structures, and the lower flange plate serves as the running track for the electric hoist. The main beam and end beam are connected by high-strength bolts for easy transportation and on-site installation.

The lifting mechanism adopts a new type of electric hoist, which is compact in structure and easy to maintain. The C-shaped structure adopts a parallel arrangement of electric motor and drum, with integrated design of electric motor, reducer, drum and lifting limit switch. The main transmission components are all exposed for easy installation and maintenance. The shell adopts a rod shaped frame structure, which connects the reducer and the electric control box with circular rods to form the main body of the hoist. By replacing circular rods of different lengths, it can adapt to the needs of different drum lengths and lifting heights. The suspended car adopts a low building height side hanging form and is controlled by a frequency converter.

The overall optimization design of the walking mechanism adopts a three in one drive device and variable frequency speed regulation, which has the advantages of compact structure, low noise, and maintenance free operation.

The lifting adopts a squirrel cage dual speed motor, and the operation of the large and small vehicles adopts a variable frequency speed control motor.

The electrical connection adopts international standard heavy-duty aviation plugs with a protection level of IP65, featuring fast insertion and reliable connection.

The crane is operated by a manual electric door on the ground, which is separated from the electric hoist and suspended on the main beam through a sliding rail system for free movement.
