1. Roll drum
The drum is made of high-quality seamless steel pipes processed by CNC machine tools. After precision machining, the rope groove on the drum, combined with the rope guide, can effectively prevent the occurrence of loose and tangled ropes.
2. Steel wire rope
The steel wire rope adopts high-strength imported steel wire rope with a tensile strength of 2160 N/㎡, which has good safety and long service life.
3. Rope guide
The standard rope guide is made of engineering plastic with strong wear resistance and good self-lubricating performance, which greatly reduces the wear of the steel wire rope, the main load-bearing safety component, and enhances the safety of the lifting mechanism. At the same time, heavy-duty rope guides made of ductile iron can also be provided for different usage conditions.
1. Lifting motor
The lifting adopts a dual winding squirrel cage variable pole motor, achieving a speed ratio of 1:6 between fast and slow. The motor casing is made of aluminum alloy and has good heat dissipation performance. A fan is installed at the end of the lifting motor to enhance the cooling effect. Thermistors (or thermal switches) are embedded in the windings of all lifting motors to prevent possible motor overheating.
The insulation level of the motor is F and the protection level is IP54.
For variable frequency lifting motors, encoders can be installed directly on the fan shaft end of the motor.

2. Brakes
The lifting motor is equipped with a dual disc electromagnetic disc brake. The brake is integrated at the end of the motor, and when the motor is powered off, the brake will automatically close to prevent the load from slipping. The brake clearance of the brake does not need to be manually adjusted after being set (the clearance can be adjusted by the brake spring). When the thickness of the brake pad is lower than the set value, an additional monitoring switch can automatically sound an alarm and prompt the user to replace it. The dual disc electromagnetic disc brake is safe and reliable, with a braking torque not less than 1.8 times the rated torque of the motor, and a braking frequency of up to 1 million times. It does not require maintenance during the safe use cycle.

3. Reducer
The reducer housing is made of aluminum alloy material, which is lightweight and corrosion-resistant. The semi greasy lubricant inside the fully sealed box ensures that all gears receive sufficient lubrication, and there is no need to replace the lubricant during the designed safe use period.
Each gear that has undergone surface hardening and high-precision grinding treatment ensures the smooth operation of the reducer.

4. Security protection
The upper and lower limits of the wire rope electric hoist adopt precise gear transmission limiters, which can reliably cut off the power circuit and stop the motor when the hook is in the upper (or lower) limit position.
★ Overload protector: The wire rope electric hoist adopts an electronic overload protector (with a safety monitor) to ensure that the total lifting weight will not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the bridge; When the tension of the steel wire rope exceeds 105% of the rated value, the overload protection device will automatically cut off the lifting circuit.

Operating mechanism
1. The operating mechanism adopts a three in one structure of "electric motor+gearbox+running wheel", with double-sided drive on the double beam small frame.
2. Operating frequency conversion speed regulation reduces the shaking of suspended objects during operation, enhances operational safety, and reduces the time required for operation cycles, thereby improving production efficiency.
3. All bearings are self-lubricating and oil containing, and their arrangement can effectively absorb horizontal forces.
4. All gears of the reducer undergo surface carburizing, quenching, and hardening treatment. In order to reduce noise, all gears must be ground or shaved, and the gearbox does not require oil change during its service life.
5. The reliability of the brake is over 1 million times.
