The casting bridge crane is the main lifting and transportation equipment in the steel plant smelting workshop, used for the transportation, pouring, and mixing of liquid metal during the smelting process. Below 125t, it is generally a YZ type double beam structure. 125t and above are generally YZS type four beam structures.

The YZS model adopts a main and auxiliary double trolley, four beam and four track structure, mainly composed of a bridge frame, main trolley, auxiliary trolley, hook beam, large vehicle operation and electrical parts. The main trolley runs on the main beam track outside the bridge frame, and the auxiliary trolley runs on the auxiliary beam track inside the bridge frame. The main trolley's picking device is a fixed spacing hook beam used to lift the steel ladle, and the auxiliary trolley runs under the main trolley. The picking device is a hook, which is used to cooperate with the main hook to dump steel, slag and other auxiliary lifting operations.

The YZ type casting bridge crane adopts a double beam single trolley structure, mainly composed of bridge frame, trolley, hook beam, large vehicle operation and electrical parts. The main hook lifting device is a fixed spacing hook beam used to lift steel ladle, and the auxiliary hook is used to cooperate with the main hook to dump steel, slag and other auxiliary lifting operations.

The large vehicle operating mechanism and main electrical equipment are installed inside the main beam, and the main beam electrical room is equipped with a cooling fan. In order to reduce the thermal radiation of molten steel on metal structural components, insulation panels are installed along the span direction at the bottom of the main beam.

The large vehicle operating mechanism adopts a four corner drive form.

The crane is equipped with a dedicated electronic scale, and there are obvious display devices in the cab and on the bridge.
