The electrolytic aluminum multifunctional crane is a key process equipment for large-scale pre baked anode electrolytic aluminum production. It can adapt to the special environment of high temperature, high current, strong magnetic field, high dust and HF flue gas. It can complete the following process operations of pre baked anode electrolytic cells:

(1) Crack the shell, open the electrolyte crust, and add electrolytes such as alumina and fluoride salts to the electrolytic cell;

(2) Add materials, such as alumina and fluoride salts, to the electrolytic cell as electrolytes;

(3) Replace the anode, unscrew the screw fixture for lifting and lowering, lift off the residual electrode, and replace with a new anode;

(5) Aluminum extraction, vacuuming, aluminum extraction, lifting and measuring (single package and cumulative) and display, implementation of printing;

(6) Lift the anode busbar lifting frame;

(7) Overhaul, complete installation and maintenance of the upper structure and lower casing of the electrolytic cell, as well as other miscellaneous lifting operations.

Product composition

The unit consists of a large vehicle operating mechanism, a bridge frame, a tool trolley, an aluminum output trolley, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and an electronic control system. Its core is the tool car, which consists of a car running mechanism, a small frame, a tool rotation mechanism, a shell making mechanism, an anode replacement mechanism, a slag removal mechanism, a discharging mechanism, a cab rotation mechanism, etc. The whole machine adopts frequency conversion and PLC control. The whole machine is operated through a control room or remote control, which can be coordinated with each other or independently controlled.
