Precise positioning crane (also known as material tank crane, metallurgical feeding crane), mainly used in the nickel ore and calcium carbide smelting industries, lifts 850 ℃ laterite nickel ore roasted sand or carbide material tanks, controlled by the central control room, can achieve unmanned operation and intelligent feeding, and can automatically allocate material sand according to the profit and loss of the silo. It is an important component of the entire smelting process.

The crane mainly has the following characteristics:

1. The lifting mechanism and electrical control system adopt a redundant design scheme to improve the safety and reliability of the crane.

2. Adopting a new type of automated lifting device to achieve automatic hanging and unloading of material tanks.

3. Adopting electrical anti sway technology and precise automatic positioning technology to reduce the amplitude of crane load sway, real-time detection of lifting position, and positioning accuracy ≤ 5mm.

4. Adopt a computer monitoring system to monitor the real-time safety of various working states of the crane.
