Universal bridge crane: a general purpose bridge crane, mainly including
hook bridge crane, grab bridge crane, electromagnetic bridge crane, dual-purpose
bridge crane, and three purpose bridge crane. Structural composition The general bridge crane is mainly composed of a large vehicle operating
mechanism, a small vehicle operating mechanism, a lifting mechanism, and
electrical equipment. The two ends of the bridge are supported by running
devices on elevated tracks above the factory building or outdoor freight yard,
and run longitudinally along the tracks; The crane trolley runs horizontally
along the trolley track on the main beam of the bridge. Basic parameters The basic parameters of a general bridge crane include: 1. Rated lifting capacity. When there are main and auxiliary hooks, the
rated lifting capacity is expressed in fractions, where the numerator represents
the lifting capacity of the main hook and the denominator represents the lifting
capacity of the auxiliary hook. 2. Span. Also known as span, it refers to the distance between two parallel
tracks on which a crane travels. The span of a crane is generally 1.5 meters
smaller than that of a workshop, with each 3 meters of span being a level,
ranging from 10.5 meters to 31.5 meters. A span greater than 31.5 meters is
considered non-standard. 3. Speed. The speed is determined by the busy workload of the crane, with
lower speeds for light work and faster speeds for heavy work. The lifting
capacity is small, but the speed can be faster. If the lifting capacity is
large, the speed should be slowed down, otherwise it will be detrimental to
safety. The speed of a general bridge crane includes four aspects: One is the speed of the large vehicle. There are three types of moving
speeds for large vehicles: 80, 100, and 120m/min; The second is the speed of the car. The moving speed of the car is
generally 40m/min; The third is the lifting speed of the hook. Generally 8-20m/min; The fourth is the lifting height. The standard lifting height of the hook
is 12m, with each additional 2m being a level up to 32m.
