This crane is a crane with automatic, clean, and explosion-proof functions that meets the requirements of new production processes. The usage environment is a semiconductor material workshop with dust-free design, and the air cleanliness level is level 4 (national standard level 7) (i.e. no more than 10000 particles of 0.1 μ m size per cubic meter). At the same time, there are flammable and explosive gases in the workshop, and the explosion-proof level of the crane is dIICT4.

The crane adopts computer automatic control in the central control room, which can automatically operate the reduction furnace and silicon rod tools from the reduction furnace platform, cleaning platform, transfer platform, dismantling tool and other positions according to the set working route.

The crane adopts a lightweight and maintenance free design, while extensively using anti-static, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. The wheels are made of stainless steel, and stainless steel grooves are set on both sides of the track. The reducer is fully enclosed and highly sealed, with no oil leakage or pollution. The high protection level is fanless explosion-proof motor, and the double sealed brake can effectively prevent pollution particles from leaking out of the motor due to transmission wear. The fully enclosed design of the large vehicle wheel set, stainless steel wheels, and other components with high anti rust treatment on the surface can effectively prevent metal material corrosion and pollution. The self-lubricating fully sealed bearings avoid lubrication pollution.

The operating mechanism of the large and small vehicles adopts laser barcode positioning. The laser barcode positioning reader of the small vehicle is installed on the small vehicle, and the barcode strip is installed on the web plate of the main beam of the large vehicle. The large vehicle positioning laser positioning reader is installed on the end beam, and the barcode strip is installed on the U-shaped groove for collecting powder debris.

The driving control has two operating modes:

(1) Automatic operation mode:

When on-site workers need to lift the equipment, they manually hook the lifting device on site through an explosion-proof remote control. After completion, they select the corresponding function through the explosion-proof remote control and start running with an audible and visual alarm prompt. After the key points of operation are confirmed by the on-site operator with the explosion-proof remote control, the crane automatically reaches the target position directly above according to the pre-set path, and the action of lifting the reduction furnace or unloading tool is completed. After the action is completed, an alarm is triggered and the action is prompted to be completed.

During the operation, if any problems are found, you can choose to pause. After the problem is resolved, press the continue button to continue the execution. In the event of an emergency malfunction, the operation of the equipment can be stopped urgently by selecting the emergency stop button on the remote control to avoid the occurrence of the malfunction.

(2) Manual operation mode

Rotate the selection switch of the explosion-proof control cabinet to the "manual" control mode, and on-site personnel can operate the crane manually through the explosion-proof button to control the manual operation of various mechanisms. The remote control and handle control are interlocked, and only one control method can be used.
