Aerated concrete crane is a specialized crane used to lift concrete molds and bodies. It consists of four parts: box bridge, large vehicle operating mechanism, lifting mechanism, and electrical equipment. With the help of specialized lifting equipment, it completes the flipping, opening, and demolding of molds.

◆ Lifting mechanism

The lifting mechanism is fixed between two main beams and consists of an electric motor, reducer, brake, drum, and guide pulley. The steel wire rope is wound out of the drum and wrapped around the pulleys fixed on the bridge or trolley at both ends to the pulleys on the lifting device, forming a double lifting point.

◆ Operating mechanism

The operation of the large vehicle adopts a separate drive form, with conical motor braking and open gear transmission. The operation motor can be selected according to user requirements, including soft start motor and variable frequency speed regulation. The crane starts smoothly and runs safely and reliably.
