This model of crane is a specialized gantry crane developed by our company based on the requirements and process conditions of subway construction, combined with a general gantry crane. It is specifically designed for flipping and pouring mud and lifting pipe segments during subway construction.

The crane consists of a gantry, a trolley (equipped with a lifting mechanism, trolley running mechanism, and hydraulic flipping mechanism), a large trolley running mechanism, a driver's cab, and electrical equipment.

According to the different directions of soil dumping, the leg structure can be divided into two forms: A-type and U-shaped.

The large vehicle operating mechanism adopts an 8-wheel 4-drive form and is equipped with a windproof rail clamp. When the crane is working normally, the clamp of the rail clamp leaves the track. When the crane stops working, the operator lowers the clamp to clamp the track and prevent the crane from sliding.

The lifting mechanism uses a hanging beam as a lifting device, and there is a freely rotating hook in the middle of the hanging beam for lifting pipe segments and other materials.

The car is equipped with a hydraulic flipping mechanism, which consists of a hydraulic workstation and a flipping hook. Before the hanging beam lifts the slag hopper, the driver controls the hydraulic flipping mechanism to move the slag hook back to a specific position by the hydraulic cylinder, and then the slag hopper rises above the slag hook. The driver controls the slag hook to move forward to below the slag hopper, and the slag hopper descends. The eccentric flipping shafts on both sides fall on the slag hook and continue to descend. The slag hopper uses its own weight eccentricity to start flipping and complete the tilting work.

In order to meet the characteristics of short construction period and frequent site changes in subway construction, our company has specifically added a variable span function on the main beam, so that the span can change accordingly after the construction site is changed.

At the same time, a turning dump truck was developed to adjust the dumping direction according to the position of the slag outlet. By using this small car, the construction party can equip a crane to achieve soil lifting and tipping in different slag removal directions.
