This crane is a crane with automatic, clean, and explosion-proof functions that meets the requirements of new production processes. The high protection level is fanless explosion-proof motor, and the double sealed brake can effectively prevent pollution particles from leaking out of the motor due to transmission wear. The self-lubricating fully sealed bearings avoid lubrication pollution.The operating mechanism of the large and small vehicles adopts laser barcode positioning. The laser barcode positioning reader of the small vehicle is installed on the small vehicle, and the barcode strip is installed on the web plate of the main beam of the large vehicle. After the key points of operation are confirmed by the on-site operator with the explosion-proof remote control, the crane automatically reaches the target position directly above according to the pre-set path, and the action of lifting the reduction furnace or unloading tool is completed. After the action is completed, an alarm is triggered and the action is prompted to be completed.During the operation, if any problems are found, you can choose to pause. After the problem is resolved, press the continue button to continue the execution. In the event of an emergency malfunction, the operation of the equipment can be stopped urgently by selecting the emergency stop button on the remote control to avoid the occurrence of the malfunction.(2) Manual operation modeRotate the selection switch of the explosion-proof control cabinet to the "manual" control mode, and on-site personnel can operate the crane manually through the explosion-proof button to control the manual operation of various mechanisms. The remote control and handle control are interlocked, and only one control method can be used.
